Job Overview:
As a Tele-Sales Executive you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling services through telephonic communication. Your primary objective will be to engage with potential customers, educate them about products/ services. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a strong understanding of automobiles and their maintenance needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Prospect and Generate Leads:
    • Utilize various sources (databases, online platforms, referrals, etc.) to identify potential customers interested in automobile service packages.
    • Call customers and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
    • Gather relevant customer information for prospecting .
  2. Engage with Potential Customers:
    • Initiate outbound calls to potential customers and respond to inbound sales inquiries promptly and professionally.
    • Understand customer requirements, address their queries, and provide accurate information about our service packages.
    • Educate customers about the importance of regular vehicle maintenance and the benefits of our service offerings.
  3. Product Presentation and Sales:
    • Present the features & benefits of our services
    • Handle objections and effectively overcome customer concerns to drive sales conversions.
    • Close sales by securing service bookings and collecting necessary customer information.
  4. Maintain CRM and Sales Documentation:
    • Accurately update customer details, interactions, and sales progress in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
    • Prepare and maintain sales reports, activity logs, and other documentation as required by the organization.
    • Coordinate with the fulfilment team to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Desired Profile:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Min 2 years experience in tele-sales or telemarketing
  • Automobile experience preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Should be able to understand basic CRM
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Fluency in multiple languages (if applicable – English | Hindi | Marathi) is an advantage.
