Job Overview:

We are on a watch to seek a Product Manager who will primarily shape the E-commerce process at DYD. E-commerce is the new frontier for the automobile industry and you will be at the forefront of this change. DYD aims to deliver the best-in-class experience for its customers with a strong focus on engagement, retention & platform experiences.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Gain & Maintain knowledge on all products and services of the App/website to be built.
  • Recommend new products to the website and recommend enhancements if required and coordinate with various cross-functional teams to analyze product requirements.
  • Develop all customer wireframes and use cases and ensure an optimal level of customer service and analyze all customer requirements and monitor all requests and manage all defects in products for all monthly releases.
  • Prepare strategies to increase existing and new businesses and identify appropriate vendor for all projects and manage communication for all e-commerce status projects.
  • Administer and approve all final new product delivery and recommend improvements to all products and prepare all business requirements documents.
  • Ensure compliance with all product schedules and coordinate with departments to provide an effective interface.
  • Collaborate with Technology vendors and business units to deliver all releases and prepare work schedule for all projects.
  • Assist business leads to review all financials of projects and analyze all key business metrics.
  • Perform market research and usability tests on all ecommerce activities and manage all communication plans for projects and provide status reports to management.
  • Organize various product workshops and design effective strategies and coordinate with various groups to assist in the product development process and analyze all business requirements.
  • Document all business plans and design strategies and facilitate approval for all senior management and manage work with all product team members.
  • Design all interaction diagrams and provide materials for all user tests and develop all solutions to all issues.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance team and design all training materials and analyze the effectiveness of all new features on products.
  • Planning and identifying various strategies for customer acquisitions and further referral programs.
  • Ensuring the customer experiences are always premium and hassle-free.
  • Prepare modules and develop sponsorship programs to create various revenue channels.

Desired Profile:

  • Experience: A minimum of 7-8 years in a product management role. Experience in working on an E-commerce platform is required, Automobile e-commerce is a plus.
  • Software Information: Work closely with Engineering, Design and Business to drive the product roadmap.
  • Product knowledge: Ability to organize, manage, and prioritize tasks with prior experience working with engineering through the complete technology product lifecycle.
  • Data-Driven: Ability to work with large quantities of data and business skills to leverage analytics for decision making.
  • Thought leader: Be business and tech-savvy and provide thought leadership by monitoring industry and technology trends.
  • Team Player: Must be an innovative, strategic thinker and must be able to work across teams in a fast-paced dynamic environment with changing priorities.
  • A track record of making day-to-day data-driven decisions in a fast-evolving environment while keeping an eye on the overall vision.
  • Having worked in a mode of structured experimentation – measuring and iterating on problems from time to time to achieve product goals.
  • Ability to drive customer adoption and engagement; leverage analytical tools and customer feedback for insight driven initiatives.
  • Self-starter with a passion for independent, creative problem-solving, strong ownership, high commitment and a strong business judgment.
  • Engineering, MBA a plus.
