Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Overlook the service team, and vehicle repair processes and maintain profitability
  • Train team members on ways to drive service sales, beneficial training program options, and customer service tactics
  • Work with the service advisor to ensure proactive resolution of all customer complaints and make follow-up calls, as needed

Desired Profile:

  • A 4-year bachelor’s degree is a must
  • Official state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • At least two years of experience as an automotive service writer or service advisor necessary; experience in automotive service management preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive technology, automotive service technician job duties, and automotive repair services is required.
